Together with her senior team, the Headteacher is committed to ensuring that the needs of every individual within the Moonstone Academy community are fulfilled.

While deeply respecting the school’s rich traditions and history, Senior Leaders are dedicated to advancing the school in areas such as pedagogy, values, and policy. With responsibility for key areas including the curriculum, teaching and learning, the Sixth Form, and student wellbeing, each aspect of school life is managed by an experienced and skilled member of staff.

The Senior Leadership Team is further supported in the daily operations of Moonstone Academy by Heads of Department, Heads of Learning, as well as teaching and support staff.
